Good product but customer service was lacking, September 11, 2009 This review is from: Girls Teen Hippie Chic Pink Brown Bed in a Bag My daughter was thrilled with her bedding. It doesn't come with a bedskirt, so keep that in mind. There was a mistake on my order and even though I asked them to cancel another bedding set in plenty of time before shipping,they sent it anyway. When I contacted customer service, they said how sorry they were, but the responsibilty for return shipping was mine. How convienent....for them! I am kind of picky about customer service and since I have plenty of other online choices, they will no longer get my business.

She LOVES it and so do we. The colors are vibrant. The quality is perfect for a teen. The sheets really are a great quality too. Our daughter has had this in her room for 6 months and it still looks great! Love it, and would definitely recommend.

Because her curtains and hardware are Pottery Barn I did not wish to replace them and it is not easy to find a set that has both those colors and is bright and fun. She loves it and makes her bed every morning. She said the sheets are comfortable.
